Located just 10 minutes north of Toronto Pearson Airport and only 5 minutes from the OLG Slots and Woodbine Racetrack! The Humber Arboretum is located adjacent to our Residence building, with gardens and jogging paths that run along the Humber river. North Campus offers dormitory style rooms.

Humber Lakeshore Campus Residence

Located in New Toronto, nestled on the shores of Lake Ontario, in a park-like setting, steps from streetcar access to Downtown Toronto. Visit Colonel Samuel Smith Park, a 3 minute walk from campus with a large waterfront view over Lake Ontario and Downtown Toronto. Lakeshore Campus offers double suites (max 4 capacity) only.

No rooms will be available at the Lakeshore Campus on June 9th, 2024 due to a scheduled power shutdown.

There will be no technical services (i.e. Wi-Fi) available at the North Campus and Lakeshore Campus on June 22 - 23, 2024 between 6:00pm-8:00am due to a scheduled I.T. Maintenance Shutdown.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted on Humber property.

Please be advised that during the summer months, all Humber campuses will be undergoing planned maintenance and construction projects. Prepare for potential traffic delays. Scheduled work will be conducted during daytime hours.

- Check In begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival
- Check Out must occur by 10:00 AM or earlier
